Estos Términos de Servicio (los "Términos") regulan el uso de la aplicación móvil NegoFit Timer (la "App"), desarrollada por Anthony Paguaga ("nosotros"). Al descargar o usar la App, aceptas estos Términos.
1. Uso de la App
La App se ofrece como una herramienta para cronometrar entrenamientos por intervalos. Te otorgamos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App en tus dispositivos, conforme a estos Términos y a las políticas de Google Play.
2. Aviso de salud
NegoFit Timer es una herramienta de cronometraje y no ofrece asesoramiento médico. Consulta a un profesional de la salud antes de iniciar cualquier programa de ejercicio. Entrenas bajo tu propia responsabilidad; no somos responsables de lesiones o daños derivados del uso de la App.
3. Propiedad intelectual
La App, su marca, diseño, logotipos y contenido son propiedad de Anthony Paguaga y están protegidos por las leyes aplicables. No puedes copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender ni realizar ingeniería inversa de la App salvo que la ley lo permita.
4. Conducta del usuario
Te comprometes a usar la App de forma lícita y a no interferir con su funcionamiento ni intentar acceder a ella por medios no autorizados.
5. Disponibilidad y actualizaciones
Podemos actualizar, modificar o descontinuar la App (o cualquiera de sus funciones) en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso. No garantizamos que la App esté siempre disponible o libre de errores.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App.
7. Cambios en los Términos
Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. La versión vigente se publicará en esta página con su fecha de actualización. El uso continuado de la App implica la aceptación de los Términos modificados.
8. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Nicaragua, sin perjuicio de los derechos que te correspondan como consumidor en tu país de residencia.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the NegoFit Timer mobile application (the "App"), developed by Anthony Paguaga ("we"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is offered as a tool to time interval workouts. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App on your devices, subject to these Terms and to Google Play's policies.
2. Health notice
NegoFit Timer is a timing tool and does not provide medical advice. Consult a health professional before starting any exercise program. You train at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries or damages arising from use of the App.
3. Intellectual property
The App, its brand, design, logos and content are owned by Anthony Paguaga and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
4. User conduct
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, modify or discontinue the App (or any of its features) at any time, without prior notice. We do not warrant that the App will always be available or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
